About the Role

As a Hybrid Sales and Distribution Executive, you will be responsible for driving efficient and effective relationships with Wholesaler and/or Distributor customers to achieve business targets. You will focus on generating simplicity, achieving scale and efficiency, and adopting technologies to drive scale through balanced hybrid relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define targets (sales, distribution, and coverage) for customer groups assigned based on a clear understanding of On-trade RTM Strategy.
  2. Develop a customer segmentation and understanding of customers assigned based on sales contribution, digital/hybrid capability, relationship needs, and levers to be used to achieve targets.
  3. Develop a coverage/contact plan to guarantee the delivery of defined targets, improving efficiencies through the right use of remote contact tools.
  4. Own the day-to-day customer relationship through effective negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management/resolution skills.
  5. Define a clear, simple, and scalable account/segment plan to reach business objectives, identifying key levers to be developed.
  6. Align internal plans with NRM and Customer Marketing to ensure achievement of Sell In/Sell Through targets in a sustainable manner.
  7. Increase efficiency of the hybrid management model using insights from each customer, negotiating/rewarding customers according to their adoption of online/remote tools and contact.
  8. Track and measure performance and execution of assigned customers vs. critical KPIs, supervising and following up on brilliant execution.
  9. Master internal management administrative procedures, including order management, Diageo One, invoices, escandallo, off-invoice discounts, rebates, invoice claims, deductions charges, O&R flow, Anaplan, triangulation, and MSC.
  10. Propose and lead optimized ways of working and procedures aligned with commercial policy, strategy, and operations, generating capacity to run a wider range of customers.
  11. Lead and generate right intelligence tools to supervise performance and execution, including MSC, Anaplan, triangulation, and Power BI.
  12. Maintain ongoing and effective cross-functional partnerships to deliver comprehensive performance, including NRM, Customer, Finance, and Supply.
  13. Be the hybrid champion within the Distribution Team, regularly sharing findings with other distribution managers on how they can increase their hybrid ways of working.
About You

We are looking for a high-energy and drive individual with good relationship-building skills, confident, honest, and innovative thinking. You should have good negotiation skills and proven communication, as well as strong numerical and analytical skills. Experience in RTM customer management and fluency in key commercial tools management are a plus. Fluency in Spanish and an intermediate level of English are required.
