About the Role

This role is responsible for driving efficient and effective relationships with wholesalers and distributors to achieve business targets.

You will be focused on generating simplicity, achieving scale, and efficiency in customer relationships, using technologies such as Diageo One, and driving scale through balanced hybrid relationships.

Your key objectives will be to achieve market share, sales, and profitability by building thoughtful and efficient customer relationships and executing activation plans.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

You will be responsible for defining targets for customer groups, defining customer segmentation, and driving value in current customer relationships.

You will also develop coverage and contact plans, generate appropriate relationships with each customer, and guarantee the delivery of defined targets.

Additionally, you will have strong ownership of day-to-day customer relationships, effective negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management/resolution skills.

You will define clear, simple, and scalable account/segment plans to reach business objectives and identify key levers to be developed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

You will have high energy and drive, good relationship-building skills, confident, honest, innovative thinking, and team-playing.

You will also have good negotiation skills, proven communication, proven P&L understanding, strong numerical and analytical skills, and experience in RTM customers management.

Fluency in Spanish and an intermediate level of English is required, and you will be able to work with MS Office, especially Excel.
