Technical Support:
In this role, you will serve as a technical advisor, assisting our dealer network throughout Europe with various technical challenges. Acting as a liaison between the dealer, technician, and the manufacturing facility, you will outline procedures and implement suitable solutions.
Dealer Assistance:
Your goal will be to ensure that dealers have the necessary resources to perform their tasks effectively. You will proactively manage field actions, provide on-site troubleshooting support, conduct online and in-person training for our systems, and serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have experience in technical support, customer service, or technical training. This position is perfect for those looking to advance their careers with a leading manufacturer in lithium-powered storage technology. You should be results-driven, persistent in follow-ups, and have an interest in product development.
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills are vital to ensure our dealers feel valued and supported by EP Equipment.
This role involves travel to visit dealers primarily within Spain.
