About the Job

Adm Value, a leading outsourcing company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent for our airline miles program. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and requests related to their miles balance, usage, and accumulation.
  • Resolve complex issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information and guidance on program benefits, promotions, and ways to use miles.
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate information in our database.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the airline or tourism industry.
  • Excellent French language skills (oral and written), with English proficiency.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus.
