Job Title: Customer Service Agent - Maritime Customs

Barcelona Activa is seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Agent - Maritime Customs to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate customs clearance, and maintaining a high level of compliance with trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely customs clearance, including preparation and submission of necessary documents.
  • Maintain a high level of compliance with trade regulations, including knowledge of customs laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international trade, logistics, or business.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customs clearance, trade compliance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
