Customer Service Agent

Exoticca Travel Co is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-departure customer support, answering incoming calls and emails, and providing destination and trip information.
  • Help with visas and country-specific entry requirements, add or remove excursions, make cancellations, service amendments, and refund requests.
  • Provide in-destination customer support, handling incoming calls, emails, and Whatsapp messages, and supporting customers with flight delays or cancellations.
  • Manage communication about crisis situations and achieve targets, including productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of contact center and/or customer service experience, preferably in the travel agency, airline, hotel, car rental, and/or hospitality industry.
  • C1/C2 level German and English (verbal, reading, writing) required, C1/C2 level Spanish is a huge plus.
  • Working knowledge of contact platforms, CRM systems, and telephone communication and soft skills.
