Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the electronics industry.
- Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Manage product life cycles, including product development, launch, and maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth and development.
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Experience and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronics industry, with a focus on market development and business growth.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or marketing.
- Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
