Market Development Engineer IP&E Specialist

Arrow Iberia Electronica SLU is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving market growth and sales within the IP&E segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to accelerate sales and profit growth within assigned markets or business segments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, and supplier partnerships.
- Lead market-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.
- Build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in sales, engineering, marketing, or product management roles.
- Experience in IP&E technologies and market development.
- Strong sales and business strategy skills, with expertise in market and customer segmentation, competitive product benchmarking, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, with Spanish language skills a plus.
