Join Idneo as a Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Idneo. As a key member of our Engineering Services & Compliance business unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and expansion in new markets and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and operation departments.
  • Lead the generation of RFQ/RFI responses and ensure timely and competitive proposals.
  • Act as a spokesperson for Idneo, presenting proposals to clients and collaborating with project teams.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Represent the customer's interests within Idneo, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Business Unit Director and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
