Duties and Responsibilities:Booking:
  • Lead, develop, and guide top-performing agents to secure additional revenue for the branch.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with agents to align sales strategies.
  • Assign monthly sales quotas to agents and ensure their attainment.
  • Develop localized marketing programs to increase sales volume.
  • Assist in the roll-out of Salesforce training programs in the branch.
  • Attend branch-related meetings and alignments.
  • Submit monthly progress reports, call sheets, and itineraries to marketing.
  • Deliver sales targets for assigned branches in terms of company-defined metrics.
  • Ensure proper execution and tracking of sales and marketing activities on a branch level.
  • Responsible for agent recruitment and sales performance per agent.
  • Propose district and branch-specific sales programs through consultations with operations, regional sales, and marketing.
Agent Recruitment:
  • Maintain a core number of top-performing agents and their immediate downlines.
  • Develop new top-performing agents through the candidacy program.
  • Monitor and conduct monthly performance reviews among top agents.
  • Conduct opportunity meetings for all recruited agents.
  • Host quarterly sales meetings to recognize and reward high-performing agents.
  • Ensure harmonious working relationships between agents and branch staff.
  • Develop essential skills for each agent in coordination with HR and sales training.
Administrative Function:
  • Ensure high-quality and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Submit a weekly itinerary to the regional sales manager.
  • Develop a monthly work plan for the branch with defined activities and schedule.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in agent recruitment, management, and business development is an advantage.
  • Professional driver's license with motorcycle endorsement.
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial with strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
