About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our B2B Pod team at Papernest. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a sales team to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing executives to complete inbound and outbound partner acquisition, growth initiatives, and partner retention
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed
  • Incubate new business verticals to ramp to strong commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge
  • Work directly with leadership to understand and establish OKRs and goals for the sales team
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage end-to-end a large team and lead sales initiatives
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successful sales cycles
  • International experience and fluent English language skills
  • Ideal experience dealing with Spanish real estate and/or bank companies
