Technical Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic software development team at Turn Block Ltd. Our client is a leading provider of innovative fintech solutions, and we are revolutionizing the industry with our cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of implementation managers and configuration specialists to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, championing continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire top talent to build a strong and results-oriented team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback for team member growth.
  • Partner with sales and client success teams to understand client needs and design complex tech solutions.
  • Develop and implement a project management methodology for successful B2B implementations.
  • Lead project planning workshops and actively manage project risks, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Oversee the team's delivery to guarantee client satisfaction beyond expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like developers, finance, and legal to achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and continuously optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in professional services, IT implementation, or a related field, with a focus on complex B2B solutions in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams in a matrixed organization, achieving consistent project success and exceeding client expectations.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, with a strong ability to adapt them to the specific needs of a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving APIs, product configuration, and collaboration with diverse internal stakeholders.
