Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency phone calls from customers regarding lost or stolen credit cards, and take necessary actions to block the usage.
- Customer Support: Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their credit card inquiries and concerns.
- Fraud Investigation: Review data and perform investigations to determine the validity of customer payments, and make recommendations for acceptance or cancellation.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers in a calm and structured manner, even in difficult situations.
- Language Skills: Native level of German and fluent level of English.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for customer payments.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and work accurately.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
