About the Role

IPC Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate General Counsel to support our EMEA and US business. As a key member of our legal team, you will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and work closely with various internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiating and Drafting Commercial Agreements

You will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and advising on commercial agreements for our technology company, including customer agreements (SaaS, license, CapEx, maintenance, and managed services agreements) and vendor agreements (in-bound license agreements).

  1. Supporting Business Teams

You will provide guidance on commercial legal issues and risk mitigation in support of our sales, procurement, product management, operations, and finance teams.

  1. Managing In-House Responsibilities

You will manage a wide range of other in-house responsibilities with support from expert external counsel, including company secretarial functions.

  1. Negotiating and Drafting Other Agreements

You will negotiate, draft, and advise on a wide range of other agreements, including distributor agreements, intercompany agreements, and leases.

Requirements
  1. 5+ Years Post-Qualified Experience
  2. European or US Qualified Lawyer
  3. Fluency in English
  4. Experience with Commercial Technology Contracts
  5. Experience with Financial Technology a Plus
  6. Bright, High-Energy, and Committed to High Ethical Standards
  7. Proven Ability to Work Independently in a Fast-Paced Environment
  8. Strong Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
