Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Provide legal services to internal clients, including drafting and negotiating contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Business Support: Assist with mergers and acquisitions, human resources, compliance, leasing, corporate, risk management, and other matters as required.
- External Partnerships: Work effectively with external counsel to ensure the company's interests are protected.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to the Legal team's efforts to continuously improve their services and outcomes for the business.
- Strategic Thinking: Identify strategies to protect the company's interests and minimize legal exposure.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: Law degree and a member of the LSO.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
