About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Trivium Packaging. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement technical strategies to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  2. Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure effective maintenance and repair of equipment.
  3. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  4. Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment failures.
  5. Manage maintenance budgets and resources to optimize equipment performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
