We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Trivium Packaging. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance, reliability, and capability of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop technical and human resources to guarantee the safety and reliability of manufacturing equipment.
- Identify solutions for improving equipment performance and provide technical expertise on mechanical and materials issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Manage mechanical and electrical maintenance resources, including spare parts and tooling.
- Audit the status of production lines and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage legal project outsourcing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including automation and industrial robotics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
