About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Trivium Packaging. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance, reliability, and capability of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop technical and human resources to guarantee the safety and reliability of manufacturing equipment.
  • Identify solutions for improving equipment performance and provide technical expertise on mechanical and materials issues.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment is running at optimal levels.
  • Manage mechanical and electrical maintenance resources, including spare parts and tooling.
  • Coordinate with planning to execute preventive maintenance plans and ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements
  • FPII or Higher Cycle in Mechanics or similar.
  • Automation and industrial robotics experience.
  • Development of mechanical projects and machining production experience.
  • Design in mechanical manufacturing and knowledge of PLCs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of plant equipment and its operation.
