About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Trivium Packaging. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, compliance, reliability, and capability of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop technical and human resources to guarantee the safety, compliance, reliability, and capability of manufacturing equipment.
  • Identify solutions for improving equipment and provide technical expertise on mechanical and materials issues.
  • Define and implement SAP preventive maintenance plans, create work orders, and manage inventory.
  • Coordinate with planning the execution of the preventive maintenance plan and manage mechanical and electrical maintenance resources.
  • Manage the stocks of spare parts necessary for maintenance and tooling, ensuring their industrial reproducibility.
Requirements
  • FPII or Higher Cycle in Mechanics or similar.
  • Automation and industrial robotics experience.
  • Development of mechanical projects and machining production experience.
  • Design in mechanical manufacturing and knowledge of PLCs.
  • English medium/high level and high knowledge of the production system.
