Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Trivium Packaging is a global leader in metal packaging, with a strong commitment to sustainability. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at our production plant in Reus, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop technical and human resources to ensure the safety, compliance, reliability, and capability of manufacturing equipment.
  • Identify solutions for improving equipment and provide technical expertise on mechanical and materials issues.
  • Define and implement SAP preventive maintenance plans, coordinate with planning, and manage mechanical and electrical maintenance resources.
  • Manage stocks of spare parts, tooling, and ensure industrial reproducibility.
  • Audit the status of lines and manage legal project outsourcing.
Requirements:
  • FPII or Higher Cycle in Mechanics or similar.
  • Automation and industrial robotics experience.
  • Development of mechanical projects, machining production, and design in mechanical manufacturing.
  • More than 3 years of experience in a position of responsibility in front of Maintenance, Engineering, or Technical Development departments.
  • Office package skills, especially Excel and Word (intermediate level).
  • Safety and Prevention knowledge.
  • English medium/high level.
  • High knowledge of the production system.
