The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at our production plant in Reus, Spain. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing and developing technical and human resources to ensure the safety, compliance, reliability, and capability of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with your team and line manager to manage and develop technical and human resources to guarantee the safety, compliance, reliability, and capability of manufacturing equipment.
- Identify solutions for improving equipment and provide technical expertise on mechanical and materials issues.
- Manage mechanical and electrical maintenance resources, including the coordination of preventive maintenance plans and the execution of maintenance activities.
- Manage the stocks of spare parts necessary for maintenance and tooling, ensuring their industrial reproducibility.
- Audit the status of lines and manage legal project outsourcing.
Requirements
- FPII or Higher Cycle in Mechanics or a similar field.
- Experience in a position of responsibility in front of Maintenance, Engineering, or Technical Development departments, with a minimum of 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of production systems, with a high level of computer skills and the ability to acquire knowledge of plant equipment and its operation.
- Excellent social and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
