Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Training Manager, you will be at the forefront of our dedication to excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering comprehensive training materials that empower our customers to succeed.

This involves the development and maintenance of training courses, ensuring their alignment with the latest technological advancements and product updates. The dedication to keeping materials up-to-date is integral to our customers' success.

You'll lead both online and in-person training sessions, utilizing your engaging teaching style to ensure clients acquire a deep understanding of our technology and products, setting them up for success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, applied science, IT, communications, technical marketing, or instructional technology, and 5 years of professional experience crafting and maintaining technical training materials and providing technical instruction.
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with learning management system (LMS)
  • Ability to effectively provide instruction in languages other than English, especially Spanish, French, and German
  • Background in or exposure to mobile telephony, wireless networking, data networks, or hardware or software development
