About the Role

Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join its Engineering Training department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to engineering staff across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs to meet the needs of the business, including Part 145 theoretical and practical training, specialized type-specific training, and instructor materials.
  • Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and regularly review procedures and regulations relevant to the training course.
  • Develop and approve training material using various training delivery methods, including classroom, eLearning, and virtual training.
  • Maintain and develop training centers for further learning enhancements across all levels of training.
  • Deliver technical training in a practical manner, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Hold a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or Aerospace Engineering degree, or have evidence of previous employment in aircraft technical training.
  • Have experience in aircraft engineering and working physically on the aeroplane.
  • Experience in reviewing regulations and compliance-based procedures.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team.
  • Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management team.
  • Good working knowledge of Office 365 and willingness to learn new programs and software tools.
  • Ability to scrutinize and supply constructive critique where non-compliance may be found.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a valid UK/EU passport and be willing to travel up to 70% for business purposes.
