About the Role
The People Partner at VTEX plays a key role in partnering with leaders to achieve growth objectives through people strategy. The main responsibilities include:
- Design and Execute People Strategy
- Advise leaders on how to achieve growth objectives by designing and executing end-to-end people strategy, including performance management, leadership development, rewards and compensation, talent acquisition, conflict management, onboarding, offboarding, culture, and employee relations issues.
- Culture Evangelist
- Be a VTEX culture evangelist and advocate for our principles in every action and decision of the company.
- Business Partner
- Partner with leaders and people partners to identify business needs and develop the proper people product to address them.
- Inclusive Environment
- Reinforce an inclusive and respectful environment that allows individuals to maximize their potential.
- Talent Acquisition
- Recruiting and hiring the right people to build a world-class team.
- Change Management
- Design and support change management plans, including org design, reorganizations, succession plans, leadership assimilation, and transition.
- Leadership Development
- Leverage leadership performance through precise feedback.
- Crisis Management
- Translate crises into high-level conversations.
- Network Alignment
- Leverage the quality of the network of conversations that enables the team to be fully aligned with the declared future.
- Desirable Future
- Ensure that VTEX's desirable future guides all of the teams' actions in the present.
- Employee Support
- Act as a trusted confidant for employees, proactively reaching out to identify opportunities for improvement.
- People Processes
- Ensure our people processes, including hiring, performance management, termination, benefits, and compensation, are aligned with local law.
About You
We're looking for a seasoned People Partner with 5-8 years of experience in E-commerce or Tech environments. You should have a strong background in HR/People and be based in Barcelona, Spain. You'll need to have:

- Experienced in business partnering with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and talent management principles.
