About the Role
The People Partner at VTEX plays a key role in partnering with leaders to achieve growth objectives through people strategy. The main responsibilities include:
- Designing and Executing People Strategy
- Advise leaders on how to achieve growth objectives by designing and executing end-to-end people strategy, including performance management, leadership development, rewards and compensation, talent acquisition, conflict management, onboarding, offboarding, culture, employee relations issues, employee journey and experience, and rituals.
- Culture Evangelism and Advocacy
- Be a VTEX culture evangelist and advocate for our principles in every action and decision of the company.
- Business Needs Identification and People Product Development
- Partner with leaders and people partners to identify business needs and develop the proper people product to address them.
- Inclusive and Respectful Environment
- Reinforce an inclusive and respectful environment that allows individuals to maximize their potential.
- Talent Acquisition and Management
- Recruiting and hiring the right people to build a world-class team.
- Stakeholder Management and Influence
- Build trusted relationships with main leaders and influence key stakeholders regarding people strategy.

- Design and support change management plans, including org design, reorganizations, succession plans, leadership assimilation, and transition.

About You
We're looking for a seasoned People Partner with 5-8 years of experience in E-commerce or Tech environments. You should have a strong background in HR/People and be based in Barcelona, Spain. You'll need to have:
