The People Partner at VTEX plays a pivotal role in collaborating with leaders to drive business growth through effective people strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic guidance to leaders on achieving business objectives through the design and execution of end-to-end people strategy, encompassing performance management, leadership development, rewards and compensation, talent acquisition, conflict resolution, onboarding, offboarding, culture, employee relations, employee journey, and experience.
- Embodying VTEX's culture and advocating for its principles in every action and decision, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Partnering with leaders and people partners to identify business needs and develop tailored people solutions to address them.
- Creating an inclusive and respectful work environment that enables individuals to reach their full potential.
- Recruiting and hiring top talent to build a world-class team.
- Building trusted relationships with key leaders and stakeholders, influencing people strategy and driving business outcomes.
- Designing and supporting change management plans, including organizational design, reorganizations, succession planning, leadership assimilation, and transition.
- Driving leadership performance through precise feedback and coaching.
- Transforming crises into high-level conversations and leveraging the leadership performance through precise feedback.
- Ensuring VTEX's desired future guides all team actions in the present, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Acting as a trusted confidant for employees, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Ensuring people processes, including hiring, performance management, termination, benefits, and compensation, are aligned with local laws and regulations.
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a People Partner in e-commerce or tech environments.
- Strong background in HR and people management.
- Based in Barcelona, Spain.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in business partnering, with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and talent management principles.
- A keen eye for detail and a preference for structured problem-solving frameworks.
- A high level of self-awareness, leveraging self-reflection to adapt approach to diverse people, styles, and contexts.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
