Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Solutions Partner - Payroll Barcelona to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing for defined countries, including France, Sweden, and additional EMEA countries. Your primary focus will be on supporting and managing payroll processing, as well as providing expertise in payroll case management and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll administration and approval processes to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and External Partners (Genpact) to ensure smooth service transition and effective communication.
- Manage mobility cases in the region in partnership with Mobility Vendors and HR Business Partners.
- Manage complex cases and process escalations, ensuring complete resolution and effective communication.
- Support the implementation of global Hire-to-Retire processes in the countries supported.
- Drive the adaptation of Workday and promote Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service for essential HR processes.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset to support further effective and efficient changes to HR processes, procedures, and controls.
Requirements:
- Project and change management expertise.
- Knowledge of external workforce programs.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Workday knowledge highly desirable.
- Background partnering with External Vendors and managing third parties.
- Shared service or GBS background desirable.
