Emea Training Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial excellence and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive product and therapy training curriculum that raises commercial excellence in the regional organization.
- Facilitate sales training and develop focused initiatives to assess competence and measure the impact of the training curriculum.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to define and deliver effective learning and development solutions that enable commercial teams to implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Meet aligned business goals as part of the Commercial Excellence offering.
- Develop and organize content innovation and development for product launches, providing guidance to regions to ensure effective program implementation.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to integrate product and therapy training with practical selling skills into product launch planning and execution.
- Work closely with countries to identify local trainers, set priorities, develop implementation plans, and execute those plans for marketing and customer-facing teams.
- Develop and adhere to business training processes and scheduling.
- Relevant L&D qualification preferred, with experience in a commercial environment, including learning and development management, training needs analysis, design and delivery of training programs, and blended learning solutions.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and other European languages are advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree required in a business or science-related discipline.
- 5+ years in sales/commercial role in pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.
- Previous experience in European/international positions or involvement in international projects is desirable.
- Previous marketing or medical affairs experience is considered a plus.
- Previous management experience is also considered a plus.
