This role is part of the Pfizer Digital division and is responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end learning journeys in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with local and cluster stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business training priorities and needs.
- Support and deliver end-to-end L&D delivery process, including needs gathering, outcome monitoring, and approval process of Global Training contents.
- Collaborate with medical, marketing, and SME teams to utilize global and local resources in a blended approach.
- Participate in L&D projects and pilots at country and/or cluster/regional level.
- Leverage learning technology to deliver training courses using global Training tools and platforms.
- Contribute to the delivery of cross-market and regional training programs.
- At minimum, a bachelor's degree in sciences or equivalent in Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.
- 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical/training experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of working collaboratively in country and across countries and functions.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both face-to-face and virtual.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Advanced level of MS Office programs and interest in developing digital competencies.
- Project management skills.
