Job Overview

Role Summary

As a Territory Manager at Devoteam G Cloud, you will have the thrilling opportunity to drive growth and influence the future of an emerging technology. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales and technical expertise, enabling engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. A self-starter mindset is essential, along with the ability to develop and execute a territory coverage plan while consistently achieving quarterly revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partners, marketing, business development, and technical teams to manage and expand the territory
  • Strategically manage multiple accounts concurrently
  • Develop and implement a plan that fosters the creation and maintenance of a robust pipeline, including opportunities within existing accounts and driving new business with prospects
  • Create and communicate compelling value propositions around Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Analyze account metrics data to refine your business strategy
  • Keep the CRM database current and forecast territory performance
  • Contribute to the establishment of long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Assist the Google team with joint selling opportunities when appropriate

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in technology account/territory management or channel management
  • College/University Degree or equivalent experience
  • Target-oriented individual with remote account management experience dealing with B2B clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation abilities, proficient in MS and AWS
  • Capability to articulate the value of products
  • Demonstrated proactivity and creativity
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Additional Information

Permanent contracts are offered, along with measures to balance work and family life, including flexible working hours, intensive hours on Fridays and during summer months, spatial flexibility measures, and support for maternity and paternity leave.
