Drive Customer Success with Google Cloud

As a Technical Account Manager at Google, you will play a critical role in helping our most critical customers successfully adopt our cloud products. With a strong background in cloud infrastructure, program management, and enterprise technology implementation, you will lead the successful adoption of Google Cloud services, such as Google Compute Engine, Vertex AI, and BigQuery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey
  • Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies
  • Engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives of large enterprises and a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team

As a trusted advisor, you will utilize your relationship management skills and technical credibility to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization. Travel (domestically and internationally) up to approximately 20% of the time.
