About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Specialist to join our team at Google. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful adoption of Google Cloud products at leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Accelerate Customer Adoption**: Lead the implementation journey for customers, providing technical guidance and managing timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
  • **Advocate for Customers**: Overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development to ensure customers achieve their business objectives.
  • **Develop Strategic Relationships**: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite and IT teams, to understand business needs and develop strategic roadmaps.
  • **Lead Quarterly Business Reviews**: Conduct executive sessions to better understand business and technical needs, and develop best practices and assets to support initiatives.
  • **Plan for Customer Events**: Partner with Support, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to ensure customer success during critical moments.
Requirements
  • **Bachelor's Degree**: In Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • **5+ Years of Experience**: In a customer-facing role, working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
  • **Cloud Operations Experience**: Supporting customers in cloud operations, such as launch or capacity planning, product release management, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
  • **Application/Workload Migration**: Experience migrating applications or workloads to public cloud providers.
  • **Fluent Language Skills**: Ability to communicate in French or German fluently, as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
