About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager at Google, you will leverage your customer-facing skills and technical expertise to drive the successful adoption of Google Cloud products. With a strong background in cloud infrastructure, program management, and enterprise technology implementation, you will play a critical role in guiding leading organizations through their cloud transformation journey.

Responsibilities
  • Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey.
  • Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives of large enterprises and cross-functional teams.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor through relationship management skills and technical credibility.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
  • Experience in application/workload migration to public cloud providers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Fluency in French or German is a plus.
