About the Role:
Celonis is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to resolve delinquency and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor accounts daily, contacting clients and discussing their overdue payments, taking actions to encourage timely payments.
- Investigate historical data for debts and invoices, and collaborate with accounting operations to process payments and refunds.
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress, ensuring all customer queries are passed onto the relevant teams with full details.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and functional areas for process improvements, and actively contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in financial software and systems.
- Business fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
