About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Operations Engineer to join our team at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our IT services and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Operations: Lead the technical operations team to ensure the stability and performance of our IT systems, including Okta Admin, Active Directory/Exchange 365, Google Workspace, Powershell, SCCM/Jamf/AirWatch, Horizon VDI, and Atlassian (Confluence/Jira).
  • Support and Escalations: Provide high-level technical support to C-Level Executives and lead support escalation efforts to resolve complex IT issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multi-functional teams to optimize processes and contribute to project initiatives using tools like Jira.
  • On-Call Duties: Participate in an on-call rota to handle urgent IT issues outside regular working hours.
Requirements
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Okta Admin, Active Directory/Exchange 365, Google Workspace, Powershell, SCCM/Jamf/AirWatch, Horizon VDI, and Atlassian (Confluence/Jira).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior technical role, with extensive experience with OnPrem and SaaS products.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and resolving complex IT issues.
