Key Responsibilities- Technical Operations Leadership: Provide strategic technical leadership and guidance to our IT operations team, ensuring the effective delivery of our IT services and infrastructure.
- Support and Escalations: Provide high-level technical support to our IT support teams, addressing complex technical issues and driving resolution.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our IT processes and ensure effective communication of technical information.
- On-Call Duties: Participate in an on-call rota to handle urgent technical issues outside regular working hours.
- Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of IT systems, including Okta Admin, Active Directory/Exchange 365, Google Workspace, Powershell, SCCM/Jamf/AirWatch, Horizon VDI, and Atlassian (Confluence/Jira).
- Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and guide them through complex technical issues.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address complex technical issues and drive resolution.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
