  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and advocate for client needs in product development.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Update your opportunities and account activity daily in our CRM system, ensuring good data hygiene and accurate revenue forecasting.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in professional client relationship management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual revenue growth targets.
  • Skills: Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence clients and other stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
