**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director for Flex Living Platform to lead our leasing strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new market opportunities and drive lead conversion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and relocation companies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

**Requirements**

  • At least 3 years of progressive professional experience in Flex Living, PBSA or Hotelling sales related, with demonstrated success in driving above-market outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to lead a team, train and mentor sales representatives and leasing agents.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Madrid hospitality market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
