Our aim is to create design-led spaces where everyone can be themselves, prioritizing customer focus to provide unforgettable experiences.

Your Mission:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing Calido's leasing strategy, establishing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business. Your focus will be on lead conversion, occupancy, and rent setting for our different buildings. You will lead the pre-leasing process during the delivery of new launches for our flex living schemes, ensuring effective lead conversion and an appropriate pre-leasing to meet leasing targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Design and implement training programs with the leasing team and property managers, aligned with Calido's brand values.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and relocation companies.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team and the revenue management to manage availability and optimize pricing strategies.
Sales Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare contracts, proposals, and other sales documentation as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of progressive professional experience in flex living, PBSA, or hoteling sales related, with demonstrated success in driving above-market outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to lead a team, train, and mentor sales representatives and leasing agents.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Madrid hospitality market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
