**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Specialist to join our team at Universal Robots. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our customers and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our customers and partners
  • Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and aligned with our company's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our customers and partners
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop customized training plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement

**Requirements**

  • Minimum three years' experience in the robotics or automation industry
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the automation industry
