Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for establishing best practices and working methodologies at Juno Projects, implementing them, monitoring various projects, and shaping the working culture at our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the management team to define the working framework at Juno Projects for hardware development projects.
- Plan, organize, monitor, and coordinate hardware development teams for projects related to future propulsion systems.
- Implement Agile methodologies and best practices to organize and supervise hardware developments.
- Prepare high-level deliverables to meet the needs and requirements of the projects.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, both internal and external.
Requirements
- Proven experience in monitoring and managing projects, demonstrating the ability to tackle technical challenges and meet established deadlines and budgets.
- Proven experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) in projects involving multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure successful project delivery.
