We are looking for a results-driven Category Sales Manager to lead our QSR & Beverages sales and product portfolio performance in a geographic area covering South Europe countries.

The Category Sales Manager is responsible for sustainable and profitable sales growth for QSR & Bev solutions.

This role requires experience and strong commercial skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently.

The role works closely with the Manufacturing Sites, and in close collaboration with the Market Units and segment functions to achieve our strategic goals.

To thrive in this role, ideally you have:

  • Proven track record of sales growth, new business acquisition, and developing new approaches and solutions.
  • A proven track record of achieving results and delivering profitable sales growth.
  • Experience in a packaging or similar industry.
  • International matrix organization experience with high energy, results-driven, and team player attitude.
  • Demonstrated results from managing complex customer relationships and product specifications processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as influencing and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic outlook and analytical skills to support decision-making.
  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish, English, and French.
  • Willingness to travel.
