About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to lead our operations team. As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and delivery teams. You will work closely with our logistics and supply chain teams to ensure that our products are delivered efficiently and effectively to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of warehouse and delivery staff to ensure that our products are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Work closely with our logistics and supply chain teams to optimize our delivery routes and schedules.
- Monitor and analyze our delivery performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
