About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Amazon. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Team: You will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve business objectives and ensure the safety and well-being of all team members.
  • Analyse and Implement Corrective Actions: You will analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to improve quality and productivity.
  • Support and Develop a Strong Team Culture: You will work closely with your team to build and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Collaborate with Other Managers: You will work with other managers to standardise shift processes and improve operational efficiency.
A Day in the Life

As an Area Manager, you will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You will also monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritise routine team management and daily operational tasks, and work with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: You must have a Bachelor's degree (or be working towards one).
  • Advanced Proficiency in English: You must have advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
  • Relevant Experience: You must have relevant experience in performing data analysis and leading a team.
