Principal Preclinical Surgeon Scientist

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Preclinical Surgeon Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our Preclinical group, you'll play a critical role in the development and execution of preclinical studies that will position our robotic and digital products for domestic and international regulatory and clinical acceptance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide surgical expertise and technical leadership during research, development, and evaluation of surgical devices using animate, inanimate, and cadaveric models.
  • Conduct and/or direct surgical investigations for product development and preclinical evidence generation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project objectives and contribute to the development of our minimally invasive soft tissue robotic platform, Ottava, and its associated advanced instruments.
