About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Tech Lead to join our team at Gaming Innovation Group. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our mobile product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical vision and leadership for the mobile product line, ensuring scalability, performance, and quality.
  • Architecture and Design: Define the technical architecture and design for the mobile app product line, including the technology stack and infrastructure.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of mobile engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement and enforce agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to ensure efficient and effective development processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain strong quality control processes, including test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous feedback loops.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience, with a strong focus on React Native and mobile development for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in React Native, experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps environments, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
