About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Tech Lead to spearhead the development of our new mobile product line. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining the technical direction of the product, ensuring scalability, performance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the mobile engineering team, ensuring the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications.
  • Architecture and Design: Define the technical architecture and design of the mobile product line, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of mobile engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and QA, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience, with a strong focus on React Native and mobile development for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in React Native, experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps environments, as well as strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
