About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Luxury Retail Store Manager to join our team at Louis Vuitton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to improve sales, minimize losses, and promote new products, in line with overall company objectives and policies.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors, analyzing and recommending areas for business development and improvement.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a positive team spirit, and providing coaching and training to maximize individual potential.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, ensuring daily functions are carried out in line with company policies and procedures, and maintaining Louis Vuitton standards.
  • Cost Control and Budgets: Optimize store offer to achieve business objectives, and manage budgets and results reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 8 years' experience in retail management, with a strong sense of customer service.
  • Knowledge: Exceptional knowledge of the luxury sector and LVMH's image.
  • Skills: Proactive, results-driven individual, demonstrating initiative and commercial creativity, with strong management and leadership skills.
  • Education: Good reporting and analytical skills, computer literacy.
