About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our luxury retail store and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, optimize store operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive sales growth, minimize losses, and promote new products.
  • Store Operations: Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations and functions are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Provide leadership and coaching to the store team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients and promoting the Louis Vuitton brand.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing store operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
