About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Louis Vuitton. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining leadership in the market, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development and Leadership
  • Optimize store commercial performance by identifying business opportunities and initiatives to improve sales, minimize losses, and promote new products.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors, analyzing and recommending areas for business development and improvement.
  • Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances, developing and implementing action plans to deliver improvements.
Store Operations and Management
  • Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations and functions are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Louis Vuitton standards are applied and maintained across the store in presentation, merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.
  • Identify and implement plans to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements in all areas of store operations.
Team Management and Development
  • Provide leadership amongst the team, ensuring a positive team spirit and motivating team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure training programs are in place and delivered for all team members, particularly in sales techniques, customer service, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, including active coaching of direct reports and ensuring succession plans are in place for key positions.
Brand Ambassadorship
  • Build and develop clientele loyalty, including planning and delivering CRM events and initiatives in conjunction with Head Office and in line with LV brand image.
  • Represent the brand in all public/store events and activities, promoting LV image, brand, and products.
Requirements
  1. At least 8 years of experience in retail or management, with a strong sense of customer service.
  2. Exceptional high standards, knowledge, and understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's image.
  3. Proactive, results-driven individual with initiative and commercial creativity.
  4. Good communication and networking skills, able to build good professional working relationships.
  5. Strong management skills and ability to lead a team, with strong organizational and coaching skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize, driving business improvements and delivering objectives.
  7. Good reporting and analytical skills, computer literacy.
  8. A dynamic, autonomous, and self-motivated individual, able to be flexible and deal with ambiguity.
