Key Responsibilities- Business Development and Leadership
- Optimize store commercial performance by identifying business opportunities and initiatives to improve sales, minimize losses, and promote new products.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors, analyzing and recommending areas for business development and improvement.
- Provide analysis and feedback on clientele and product line performances, developing and implementing action plans to deliver improvements.
- Lead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations and functions are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure Louis Vuitton standards are applied and maintained across the store in presentation, merchandising, customer service, and back-office activities.
- Identify and implement plans to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements in all areas of store operations.
- Provide leadership amongst the team, ensuring a positive team spirit and motivating team members to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure training programs are in place and delivered for all team members, particularly in sales techniques, customer service, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team, including active coaching of direct reports and ensuring succession plans are in place for key positions.
- Build and develop clientele loyalty, including planning and delivering CRM events and initiatives in conjunction with Head Office and in line with LV brand image.
- Represent the brand in all public/store events and activities, promoting LV image, brand, and products.
- At least 8 years of experience in retail or management, with a strong sense of customer service.
- Exceptional high standards, knowledge, and understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH's image.
- Proactive, results-driven individual with initiative and commercial creativity.
- Good communication and networking skills, able to build good professional working relationships.
- Strong management skills and ability to lead a team, with strong organizational and coaching skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize, driving business improvements and delivering objectives.
- Good reporting and analytical skills, computer literacy.
- A dynamic, autonomous, and self-motivated individual, able to be flexible and deal with ambiguity.
